Originally from South Africa, Mark has over 30 years of Corporate and Commercial Banking experience covering Relationship Management and specialising in Business Turnaround and Debt Restructuring. He spent 15 years in London where he successfully helped customers of Barclays Corporate Banking, navigate the global financial crises between 2008 and 2017.

Mark also has company-side turnaround and restructuring experience in various sectors across multiple geographic jurisdictions. This includes fraud identification techniques through hands on due diligence processes and leading recommended operational, financial and legal company and debt restructures as a result of any findings.

Mark has vast experience with numerous businesses locally and internationally through all stages of the trading cycle. He has detailed company-side and bank-side experience on how to manage difficult situations and is highly skilled in managing key stakeholders and creditors through this process.
